BOOKING

Please, choose the apartment in which you would like to stay and contact us.
We will provide you with information regarding the availability of your chosen apartment (or other similar ones) during the desired period,
and will send you a booking receipt.
The guarantee of your booking is a prepayment of the price of one day’s stay.

HOW TO PAY
Prepayments (price of 1 day of your stay) can be made:
-via bank payment (account);
-via Western Union transfer;
-by cash
The rest of the amount is to be paid upon arrival at your accommodation.

The payment for one day of your stay is calculated on the following basis:
Arrival -13.00
Departure- 12.00 on the next day.

Arrival before 13.00 and departure after 12.00 is possible with an additional payment, usually the price of half a day’s stay.

A flexible discount system is available for clients booking for 10 days or more.

The minimum duration of your stay is 2 days.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.

In this case, please take into consideration that the standard times of arrival and departure considered in calculating the price of one day of your stay would be 13.00 (arrival) till 12.00 of the following day (departure).

If you would like to order a taxi to pick you up at the train station or at the airport, we will be happy to arrange it for you. We also offer our own transport services for our clients.

At the agreed time of arrival at the accommodation, we will show you the apartment and give you the keys, and you will be able to make the rest of your payment.

Upon arrival you will also be asked to prove your identity, by showing your passport/ID card or driving license, and to leave a copy of your passport/ID card with us.

At the time of your departure we will check the apartment, receive the keys back, and provide you with the necessary paperwork.

If you would like to order a taxi to take you back to the train station or the airport, we will also be happy to do that for you.

CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT
The apartments we offer are thoroughly cleaned and are maintained in the best condition to accommodate your needs. Additional cleaning and changing of bedsheets is possible for an extra payment of 50 UAH.
If you stay for more then 10 days, there will also be a cleaning and bed-changing service available once a week, included in the cost of your accommodation.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We can also have a nice home meal cooked for you and delivered to your apartment!

CONFORMATION PAPERWORK
All the paperwork necessary for confirmation is available for every client at the time of their departure. The list of the required documents should to be discussed beforehand.
